Premier Rooms

Double occupancy £97 p.n.
Single occupancy £72 p.n for first night.£62 for subsequent nights

Classic Rooms

Double occupancy £82 p.n.
Single occupancy £62 p.n.for first night.£52 for subsequent nights

10% reduction on prices for a stay of 5 or more nights.

We are pleased to offer our guests a special mid-week tariff from the
1st October 2011 to the 31st March 2012
(excluding dates between 19th December 2011 to 22nd January 2012).

The price for a three-night stay in a Premier Room, including full breakfast, is
£200 per room with double occupancy and £140 for single occupancy.

Reductions for children aged 3 to 14 years sharing with one adult.
Child aged 3 to 14 years sharing with two adults £20 per night.

Dogs can only be accommodated with prior arrangement at a charge of £5.00 per night.

A £15.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings

All prices are inclusive of our Full English Breakfast Service and VAT at 20%

Rooms are normally available from 3.00 pm onwards.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available on request and can be tailored to your individual requirements.

Payment
Your account will be available on the morning of departure or earlier if you would prefer.

We accept all main forms of payment and most credit/debit cards.
Please note there is a 2% administration fee for the use of a credit card
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Terms and conditions of your booking.
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 5 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the cost of a single night stay. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance. We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
